WhatsApp : a professional collaborative tool?

Launched last January, the professional version of Whatsapp is now available for free download from Google Play in UK, USA, Indonesia, Italy and Mexico. In the coming weeks, it will be available to all other countries.

This new version is designed so that businesses can easily respond to their customers, separate their professional conversations from those with friends or family, and create their official presence.

Tools such as the creation of company profiles, the creation of welcome or absence messages, statistics or the web version stand out.

What is your opinion about using Whatsapp for business?
