Samsung has unveiled the Galaxy Tab Luxury Edition at the annual Millionaire Faire trade show in Amsterdam, tempting rich tablet lovers with exclusive features.

Known as the world’s leading luxury fair, Millionaire Fair showcases the most exclusive gadgets and services in the international luxury goods industry.

The limited edition package includes a standard Galaxy Tab, a leather case and a Bluetooth headset. It is priced at 749EUR (£630) and will be available in the market from 15 Dec 2010 to 31 Jan 2011.

Galaxy Tab Prices Slashed

In November, Samsung slashed the price of its Galaxy Tab to less than £500 after disappointing gadget lovers with the steep costs of up to £700 when first launched in the UK.

The tablet has already smashed the million mark and Samsung is now hoping to ship 1.5 million tabs before the end of 2010.

The Galaxy Tab sports a TFT-LCT 7-inch screen and a Cortex A8 1GHz processor. It runs on Google’s Android 2.2 operating system and comes with 16 GB of internal memory as well as Wi-Fi 3G connectivity.

Unlike its rival Apple’s iPad, the tab supports Flash and offers two cameras, plus the ability to use it as a phone should you wish.
