By the time you read this, Windows 10 Anniversary Update could already be making its way to your PC, tablet or any one of the one billion devices that Microsoft is apparently targeting.
But maybe you don’t have Windows 10 at all. Perhaps you ignored all the reports, notifications and full screen messages urging you to get your free upgrade before 29 July. Or maybe your IT department has no interest in rolling out Windows 10 at all.
Back in August 2015, three out of four TechWeekEurope readers said they had plans to install Windows 10. Half said they would do so immediately, just over a fifth said in the future and 10 percent were still undecided.
