LeWeb 2012 (Video): Chad Hurley On Start-Ups
YouTube co-founder tells TechWeekEurope about creating a successful Internet business
Dozens of Silicon Valley giants traveled to London specifically for LeWeb 2012. Among the people casually walking the marble floors of the Central Hall in Westminster was Chad Hurley, the co-creator of YouTube and CEO of AVOS, a recently founded Internet company that just bought Delicious.
We took the opportunity to ask Hurley a few questions about running a start-up. After all, If anyone knows how to create a global brand out of thin air, it’s the man who helped shape YouTube. He says innovation doesn’t end with Silicon Valley, and there are plenty of new opportunities in Europe.
