IP Expo: Fusion-io Introduces New ioControl Features

Missed IP Expo? Not to worry, TechWeekEurope has attended the UK’s largest enterprise IT event, to bring some of the announcements right to your screen.

In the video below, Chris McCall, senior director of ioControl Marketing at Fusion-io talks about the benefits of PCI-E flash memory, before introducing new features of the ioControl hybrid storage system, launched earlier this week.

Although the company’s core business is hardware, it has been busy developing new software to enable additional features, such as transforming flash storage into cache.
