IP Expo: Brocade Fighting Network Cost And Complexity With New Switch

In the video below, Julian Starr, senior systems engineer at Brocade, talks about the benefits of Ethernet fabric and Software-Defined Networking (SDN). He also introduces the recently launched VDX 6740 Ethernet switch.

Starr says Brocade has taken a “holistic” approach to SDN, driving down cost and complexity, while allowing faster deployment of applications and services.
