Quiz Of The Week: London And Technology

Over the past few days, London Technology Week showcased the capital’s burgeoning tech scene at more than 200 events held across the capital.

From City Hall to the ExCEL centre, figures from the world of tech spoke about major trends and issues affecting the industry and how innovations can be used to improve the lives of citizens and boost the economy.

The Mayor of London Boris Johnson and Prime Minister David Cameron have been eager to attract the world’s biggest tech firms to London and provide initiatives that can support startups in the Tech City cluster.

It is expected that London’s technology industry will contribute £18bn to the UK economy this year, so it’s no wonder it has political support at the highest level.

But what do you know about London’s relationship with technology and the companies that call the city home?
