“Xponential Fitness has become the leader of boutique fitness on land with over 2,600 brick-and-mortar studios around the globe, and we’ve staked our claim on the digital space with XPLUS and XPASS, so the only place to go next was the high seas,” said Anthony Geisler, Founder and CEO of Xponential Fitness. “The same boutique fitness classes people know and love at their local studios can now be a part of their routine on vacation, even at sea, and we are excited to introduce thousands of new Princess guests to Xponential’s life-changing workouts.”

These onboard Xponential experiences will emulate the premium offerings provided in traditional studio locations and be taught by world-class instructors with specialized training.

  • Pure Barre will offer a signature full-body workout. For 30 minutes, guests will be guided through a series of low-impact, high-intensity isometric movements designed to improve flexibility while strengthening and toning the body.
  • Guests who try YogaSix aboard a Princess Cruise can expect a 30-minute full-body yoga flow experience that will stretch, strengthen and connect students to their body and mind. YogaSix is an intimidation-free zone, so whether you have never tried yoga before or are a seasoned practitioner, you will feel welcomed, empowered, and supported throughout the practice.
  • StretchLab will offer guests an instructor-led 30-minute stretch & release class utilizing stretch straps and foam rollers to help them destress, rejuvenate, and improve flexibility, a welcome alternative to the traditional wellness and spa services typically offered on cruise ships.

Xponential Fitness’ classes are now available across the fleet of 15 Princess Cruise ships, which sail to the Caribbean, Alaska, Mexico, Europe, the Mediterranean, and Australia, among many other destinations.
