“Dealers lose 90% of tire business to aftermarket players, equating to more than $95 billion in lost revenue that dealers could capture in their service lanes with the right diagnostic tools,” said Brad Kokesh, Chief Revenue and Operations Officer at TraXtion. “To help dealers sell more tires and capture that revenue, TraXtion has launched innovations to help dealers capture additional business and revenue in the service lane. We cannot wait to show dealers these innovations at NADA 2025.”

At NADA, TraXtion will showcase WheelSpec, which enables car dealerships to automatically quote replacement tires on a moving vehicle as it enters the service lane or bay. This ensures speed and accuracy for service professionals while making the process seamless and straightforward for their customers, driving retention and a better service experience. By analyzing the license plate, sidewall data, and wheel rim specifics, WheelSpec can accurately and efficiently generate an automatic comparison tire quote of multiple tires that will include the current tire on the vehicle, original equipment matched tire, and a budget tire option for high-mileage vehicles. WheelSpec’s generated quote will also consider inventory levels based on an API into the service center’s tire distribution system. WheelSpec is integrated into the dealerships’ DMS and will automatically send the customer the tire specifics and pricing quote, taking the human sales element out of the equation.

In addition to tire and alignment diagnostic solutions, TraXtion will also showcase DamageSpex, which detects body damage seconds upon entering the service drive without massive investment or wasted real estate. With DamageSpex, dealers can receive body damage discovered at drive entry to keep claims down and also to drive revenue on body work opportunities. The pricing model with DamageSpeX makes it advantageous for dealers to check every trade-in, appraisal, auction-buy or loaner.

Also featured will be TraXtion Mobile, which gives dealers a more efficient solution to manage their tire sales and alignment opportunities anywhere, such as the service lane, the customer lounge, or even remotely. This new mobile software provides flexibility and convenience to service professionals, minimizing the back-and-forth to their desks and maximizing efficiency while capturing and sharing important diagnostic data regarding a customer’s tire tread that can lead to serious vehicle safety concerns.

“TraXtion has been a game changer for us,” said Jason Enders, Chief Operating Officer of Lake Ford and Chevrolet. “Their innovative system has completely transformed the way we do business.”
