RevCycle+,
Inc.,
a leader in emergency department charge capture and coding,
today announced that Renee Purcell has been promoted from Vice President
of Coding Operations to Senior Vice President and General Manager of
RevCycle+, Inc. Purcell will guide the company through its next growth
phase, leading a team of clinically-trained, AAPC- and
AHIMA-credentialed specialists to bring clinically-driven and
technology-enabled solutions to the market.

RevCycle+, Inc. is the charge capture and coding business line which
encompasses majority of the workforce of its sibling company, T-System.
The charge capture and coding team has created the coding workflow and
algorithms that enable clients to meet the demands of emergency care
settings.

“It’s the combination of Renee’s knowledge, passion and individual
selflessness that makes her the ideal leader to guide the charge capture
and coding business into its next phase of growth,” said Bob Wilhelm,
Chief Executive Officer, T-System. “I am thrilled to work with Renee and
the talented leaders of RevCycle+, Inc. as we continue to evolve in the
space.”

Purcell’s transition to a top leader in the company can be attributed to
her experience, industry knowledge and a long-standing history with the
company. Having been with RevCycle+, Inc. since its inception, she was a
pioneer in helping to create the initial service offering and
methodologies when the company was founded. Since then, she has
continued to exceed sales quotas, maintain quota for the product line
and develop new technologies that streamline processes in complex care
settings. Renee’s ability to lead the operations teams on the frontline
with its clients and their business challenges has enabled her to take
on several roles from a product and operations standpoint. After a
decade of holding numerous key executive roles in the RevCycle+, Inc.
business, Purcell’s deep knowledge has empowered her to make a
meaningful impact on not only the technology sector of T-System, but the
healthcare IT industry as a whole.

“My vision for RevCycle+, Inc. is that we will continue to create
game-changing solutions that exceed the demands of complex care
settings,” said Purcell. “I am honored to be chosen to lead and continue
to grow an esteemed charge capture and coding team of the market leader
in emergency care technology.”

The company stands true to delivering solutions for clinicians by
clinicians – it was Purcell’s time as a physical therapist that inspired
her to pursue a career in technology. By taking the clinical experience
and applying it to the technology side, Purcell has been able to
successfully make healthcare better not only from a client perspective,
but from a patient perspective as well. Moving to General Manager of
RevCycle+, Inc. puts her in a position to have a larger impact in the
industry.
