- Brittany Ross, Manager, Financial Operations at Central States Water Resources, who worked with InvoiceCloud to achieve 57% overall digital adoption since implementation in June 2022.
- Sharon Whaley, Director of Customer Service at San Jose Water, who worked with InvoiceCloud to achieve 76% electronic payment adoption in the first six months following implementation in September 2023.
