Inclusively, a leading workforce inclusion platform, today announced that it was selected by the World Economic Forum’s Global Innovators Community to join the 2024 Technology Pioneers cohort. An invitation-only group, the Global Innovators Community brings together the world’s most promising growth-stage companies at the forefront of innovation in their industries.

Inclusively provides employers with a platform that empowers businesses to foster a diverse, inclusive workforce, while improving productivity and retaining talent. Its scalable solutions are easily integrated into existing operations to ensure individual employees’ needs and accommodations are met – including those with disabilities.

The World Economic Forum selects 100 companies annually to work with society’s foremost political, business and cultural leaders to address issues facing people and the planet. As a Global Innovator, Inclusively will help shape the Forum’s Centre for the New Economy and Society through insights, initiatives and open dialogue to drive meaningful change and build a more equitable and thriving world.

“The new and existing generation of workers thrive on personalization, and especially those with disabilities require accommodated environments to thrive in their careers,” said Charlotte Dales, Co-founder and CEO of Inclusively. “We’re committed to creating equitable access to support, focusing on universal design to ensure everyone can contribute their best. Our partnership with the World Economic Forum enables us to truly make a difference on a global scale.”

Unfortunately, many employees don’t know how or where to find the support and resources they need to improve their work. Inclusively is on a mission to help every organization adopt a Success Enablement framework that equips employers with a holistic platform to monitor and accommodate employees’ requests at scale.

“We are excited to include Inclusively in our 2024 Technology Pioneer cohort,” says Verena Kuhn, Head of the Innovator Communities at the World Economic Forum. “Ensuring employees have access to equal opportunities and creating an inclusive workplace is part of the Centre for the New Economy and Society’s goal, and Inclusively brings valuable perspective and cutting-edge solutions to help achieve this.”
