Sullivan brings 37 years of leadership experience at the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, most recently as Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer. Sullivan led major strategic initiatives including developing national solutions to strengthen the Medicare Advantage business. She also worked with leadership across the Blues Association to develop CivicaScript to bring affordable generics to the market, BHI to enhance data leadership, and GeoBlue to provide expat coverage. Sullivan serves on multiple advisory boards where she helps companies leverage new growth opportunities and strengthen their strategic positioning.
