With GTC Interpret, users can now access a wealth of detailed genomic information, all generated through GTC’s cutting-edge, AI-driven Interprestation software suite.
The platform enables access to a comprehensive range of next generation sequencing (NGS) DNA and RNA data, including sequencing quality control, detected DNA and RNA variants, tumor mutation burden (TMB), microsatellite instability (MSI), homologous recombination deficiency (HRD), Epstein-Barr virus (EBV), human papillomavirus (HPV), and Torque Teno Virus (TTV). To ensure all findings are clinically relevant, GTC Interpret shows complete curation of every detected variant. Clients with adequate training can perform AI-assisted cancer diagnosis and classification directly on the platform using a variety of powerful algorithms, including deep learning, random forest, extreme gradient boost, support vector machines, and Bayesian-based modeling.
