Fullscript, a leading healthcare platform for whole person care, today announced it has appointed Dr. Stephen Kahane, MD, MS to Fullscript’s Board of Directors and elevated its Chief Financial & Strategy Officer, Ashley Koch, who will now also serve as President of the organization. On the heels of Fullscript’s strategic acquisition of Rupa Health, these appointments underscore the company’s significant momentum in transforming care delivery to encompass whole person health at scale.

Dr. Stephen Kahane, MD, MS is executive advisor at several venture and private equity firms and works directly with select portfolio companies. He has extensive background in healthcare and healthcare technology, including serving as Executive Vice President and President, Client Organization at athenahealth, as well as chairman and CEO of several other publicly traded companies including both VitalWorks and AMICAS, Inc. Additionally, he is an active advisor and/or board member for leading healthcare tech and technology-enabled companies including Kyruus, Suki, Groups Recover Together and more.
