Anino is a and Diversity and Inclusion advocate; she is a member of the Institute of Directors Expert Advisory Group on Diversity and Inclusion and a member of the global advisory Board of UK’s 20-first, a gender balance consultancy firm.
Anino, who received a global award for Women in Tech Ally by WomenTech Network in 2020 and a Women in Fintech Award from TechPark Davos, is recognised as one of the 125 people to follow on LinkedIn about Diversity and Inclusion. She is also the Goodwill Ambassador for European Women in Payments Network (EWPN).
