COMPETITION – Intel IoT Challenge
Do you have what it takes to change the world?
Make no mistake about it – the world that we live in is changing. It’s becoming faster, more intelligent, and more connected. This is all down to the Internet of Things.
From self-driving cars to smart energy meters to a connected fridge that will tell you when you’re running low on milk, the Internet of Things (IoT) is gradually beginning to change the way we all live and work.
But what’s next? The possibilities seem endless, and so we’d like to hear from you. TechWeekEurope has teamed up with Intel, one of the most influential companies behind the development of the IoT, and we’re challenging you to come up with the next big thing.
Send us your best ideas for a breakthrough IoT project before June 30, 11:59pm, and you could win the chance to visit the Intel Swindon IoT Ignition Lab, where your idea will come to life.
Winners will receive an Intel Edison board and Sensor Starter kit, plus access to a variety of specific sensors, and will work with Intel engineers over the course of several days, learning how to build out your idea using top of the range Edison hardware and make your dream reality.
Your travel and accommodation costs will also be covered*; meaning all you have to do is get your thinking caps on. The winning ten projects will also be featured on the Intel Developer Zone website, displaying your idea to the world.
