iPhone 7 Will Have 5-Inch Screen And No Bezels, Rumours Suggest

Early iPhone 7 rumours posted by China Topix suggest that the iPhone 7 could hit stores in September 2015 with a 5-inch screen.

Apple will also rid the device of bezels, meaning the entire face of the phone will be the screen. This means, while the phone will physically be the same size, the screen real estate increases.

Samsung processors?

China Topix also alluded to Samsung being selected as the application processor supplier for Apple starting from 2016, with its chips powering next iterations of i-devices.

Apple’s last quarter, the one which witnessed the release of the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus, saw the firm post earnings $8.5bn on a revenue of $42.1bn.

39.2 million new iPhone models were shifted, beating last year’s same quarter figures of 33.8 million phones.
