Boris Johnson, Rohan Silva and a host of leading tech startups will join forces at this year’s InnoTech Summit for one purpose: to drive forward the UK’s tech economy

Showcasing some of the world’s most promising tech start ups, the InnoTech Summit is a day-long event with one purpose: to grow and support London’s tech economy. How are we going to do it? By connecting the dots between small businesses, powerful investors, and highly influential policy makers to make London a leading IPO market. This is a tech entrepreneurs meets the City of London. The Mayor of London, Edmund Truell, Thomas Power, Rohan Silva and a host of second stage start-ups will be participating in the InnoTech Summit. Make sure you’re there too.

Event highlights include:

  • Boris Johnson In addition to delivering an exciting keynote, The Mayor of London will host his first ever video conference with leading tech executives and venture capitalists in Silicon Valley at the event in order to promote London’s growing tech scene. This coincides with Brit Week in California, so the SV crowd will be joining us at their British Breakfast!
  • Rohan Silva Senior Policy Advisor to David Cameron, Rohan Silva will address the event’s theme of how to make London are more IPO applicable market. This is the man responsible for drawing the Prime Minister’s attention to the East End of London as the location for Tech City.
  • Edmund Truell Head of London’s £4.2b Local Authority pension fund, Truell is an authority on investment. This year he will speak about investing in disruptive technologies.
