Budget: Small Businesses Need To Adapt

On 22nd April, Alastair Darling delivered the most important budget in the past half a century. Apart from the inclusion of a promise of universal broadband, the IT community was not impressed.

With banks refusing to lend, cashflow being squeezed and export markets under pressure, all businesses are looking forward to a rocky time. But what does the budget mean for small businesses?

In this video analysis from smallbusinessadvice.tv, the British Chambers of Commerce director general David Frost joins a panel with Shadow Business Minister Mark Prisk MP, and James Norvill, managing director of eWaste form GD Environmental budget to figure out what the effect will be.
