You Can Now Reserve An Apple Watch Online For Pick Up In-Store
New Reserve and Pickup service lets you order online before heading to the Apple Store
British shoppers can now reserve and pick up an Apple Watch from their favourite Apple Store after the company launched a new online reservation service.
The ‘Reserve and Pickup’ service on Apple’s website lets customers select a strap, face and an Apple Store of their choice to collect the smartwatch from.
If the desired watch is in stock, users designate a specific time for collection as an Apple Specialist needs to talk through the features of the device and ensure it fits.

In addition to Apple’s retail outlets, users can select the pop-up Apple Store in Selfridges department store on London’s Oxford Street, (pictured left) where shoppers with slightly more time and money on their hands can have a 15-minute hands-on with the device before deciding whether or not to order one.
Despite going on sale on April 24, the Apple Watch has only previously been available online. The new Reserve and Pickup service will initially be available in the UK and Australia, with other markets undoubtedly following soon.
Starting from £299 but with prices rising to £13,000 for the most premium models, Apple’s first wearable has been warmly received so far, with industry data revealing more than a million pre-orders had been placed before its online launch.
