Capgemini Acquires Oinio To Boost European Salesforce Power
Munich’s Oinio to help Capgemini offer Salesforce-based agile innovation to enterprise customers at scale
France’s Capgemini has bought Salesforce partner Oinio to bolster its own Salesfoce interoperability in the region.
The acquisition will boost Capgemini’s abilities to offer Salesforce-centric digital transformation services across Europe and Asia, and slots neatly into Capgemini’s Digital Growth strategy.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but Munich-based Oinio has been operating for 15 years in the Salesforce consulting and deployment space. The company, formerly known as ITBconsult, is reportedly a key provider in the cloud-based CRM and digital marketing solutions market with more than 600 projects for a portfolio of clients around the world in life science, financial services, and utilities verticals. The company has just over 100 employees in Germany and China.
